Christmas Card | Picket Fence Studios - "Lots of Christmas Cheer" Stamp & Die Sets

Hey there!

I'm sharing one of my favorite Distress Oxide Ink blends with you today - Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Salty Ocean and Blueprint Sketch! This vibrant palette set the stage for my Christmas critters in this snowy scene!

I ink blended a slimline panel with the aforementioned colors, spritzed it with shimmer mist and spattered it with metallic watercolors in coordinating colors; the panel was trimmed to 3.75" x 8.75" and attached to a slimline card base.

The large critter image from the "Lots of Christmas Cheer" Set was stamped, water colored, die cut and backed with a blank die cut. The sentiment was stamped onto white card stock and this panel was cut to fit the panel, backed with craft foam and attached to the bottom of the card front. The stamped image was adhered into place with glue/foam tape and I added several of the beautiful die cuts from the "Winter Snowflakes" Set onto the winter sky. These gorgeous, intricate snowflakes die cut perfectly and add a pop of brightness at the top of this design!

Thanks so much for stopping by and be sure to come back tomorrow - I've got a new Youtube video for you that features lots of Distress Oxide Ink blending tips!
